Rebecca Adlington has been taking part in the British Gas Bikes Britain challenge as part of her training for a 280-mile Bike For Africa charity cycle in Zambia next month.
The former double Olympic champion joined cyclists on the Leicester to Oldbury leg of the nine day, 760-mile bike ride from Glasgow to Windsor which is raising funds for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity.
