New research released today by Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing to launch it’s new ‘health score’ asked people to identify the healthiest person from two images – one a slim woman and the other an average looking guy. 62% of those expressing an opinion got it wrong, choosing the slim woman whose health score was lower, and so revealing that, of those who expressed an opinion, the majority of people believe a “healthy” appearance means that you are healthy on the inside too.
