Thursday 10th - Sunday 13th December 2009: Exclusive interviews and footage of the British Gas Swimming Team & British swimming Mark Foster is available from the 13th European Short Course Championships in Istanbul from the 10-13 December 2009.

A 31-strong team has been selected for this year's Championships, combining experienced international swimmers with the next generation of British athletes – all driven by an ambition of competing in London 2012.
